Management Team

Mayette Casco
Chief Nursing Officer

Mayette has more than 26 years of experience in dialysis starting as a staff nurse and has been with ADMS since its inception.  Mayette works closely with the nephrologists and facility staff to ensure the facilities are within compliance in addition to developing and implementing the policies and procedures throughout the ADMS network.  She works closely with all phases of hiring and recruiting of staff for all the dialysis centers.

Mayette received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the United Doctors Medical Center in the Philippines.  Mayette is a member of American Nephrology Nursing Association (ANNA) and National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA).

Jugal Agarwal
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Jugal manages the Finance and Treasury functions of ADMS. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Statistics and Taxation from Rajasthan University at Jaipur and a Master of Science degree in Advance Accounting, Taxation and Business Administration from University of Jodhpur, India.

  Prior to joining Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, he was the Chief Financial officer of Primary Healthcare Management Services at Englewood Hospital and BICC Cable Corporation.  He is member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) CFO committee, a member of the Healthcare Management Association (HFMA) CFO committee, and a member of the National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA), Finance committee.

Semone Martin
Director, Human Resources

Semone joined ADMS in 2014 as the Company's Director of Human Resources with overall responsibility for new employee recruitment and staffing, benefit and payroll management, new hire enrollment and benefit orientation, and employee relations. Semone graduated with her master in Human Resources Management with distinction for Long Island University, and her undergraduate degree in Sociology, she currently hold a professional certification in Human Resources Management.

Semone is in pursuit of a Doctorate degree in Organizational Development. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working for nonprofit and for profit entities, Semone comes with the expertise and a proven track record. She has a proven skillsets in management, employee relations, recruitment, legal, compliance, and personnel records maintenance.

Victor Paras
Director, Information Technology

Victor joined the ADMS family in February 2010 as a Project Manager for the company and Administrator of the clinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application.  He worked closely with the dialysis clinics to develop policies and procedures to phase out paper documentation and implement electronic charting. He also partnered with the Revenue Cycle department to increase efficiency and communication to ensure accurate and timely billing.  In April 2012, Victor was promoted to Director of Information Technology and is responsible for overseeing the IT Department and Clinical Systems Support Team.

Prior to joining Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, he spent 10 years at Johnson & Johnson.  During his tenure there, he gained experience in medical surgical equipment, diabetic devices and pharmaceutical products.  He also conducted internal auditing as related to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and was the lead for testing and implementation of software upgrades for the Contract Strategy & Management Organization.

Steve Weiss
Director, Quality and Education

Steve Weiss is currently the Director of Quality and Education for ADMS, overseeing all new hire training, ongoing employee education, various quality initiatives, and performance improvement processes. He originally joined the ADMS team in 2014 as Director of Education and Training after several years working in the renal field as a Certified Dialysis Registered Nurse and Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. Steve has most recently graduated with a Masters Level Nurse Practitioner degree from Stony Brook University.

Steve is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and actively participates in various patient advocacy groups throughout the New York area.

Richard Tagliagambe
Manager, Purchasing

Richard Tagliagambe brings three decades of broad-based knowledge to the healthcare conversation as he serves in the role of Purchasing Manager here at Atlantic Dialysis Management Services. The newest member to the ADMS Leadership team, his skills show his ability to successfully drive corporate initiatives, both independently as well as with a team.

As Purchasing Manager, Richard oversees all procurement and facility maintenance needs for 13 chronic centers, 2 hospital based acute centers, 2 HHD programs, 2 PD programs, PC practices as well as our corporate office location in College Point Queens New York.

Richard has a long proven track record of analyzing, improving, and transforming organizations and processes and delivering sustainable cost savings for ADMS and its affiliates. His areas of focus include sourcing and procurement, accounts payable, contract management, supplier performance, project & risk management, inventory and teammate management.
