The corporate culture we have adopted is that ADMS and its network of contracted affiliates will (i) comply with all laws and regulations; (ii) conduct its business in accordance with the highest ethical standards; (iii) adopt this Compliance Program which contains standards and procedures to direct ADMS employees through the maze of laws and regulations that govern our business.
