ADMS celebrates Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week May 6, 2013
(College Point, New York-) Vice President and Enterprise Compliance Officer kicked off Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week with a seminar on the topic including training on the Omnibus HIPAA rule which went into effect March 26, 2013.
The seminar, attended by forty five (45) corporate staffers, conducted at the ADMS Corporate Office in Queens, was supported by the efforts of compliance staffer Ricardo Sime and was followed up with an “Ice Cream social.”
“Atlantic Dialysis Management Services and its contracted affiliates are committed to the highest standard of ethical and business conduct. This standard encompasses our relationships with customer/patients, suppliers, physicians, shareholders, employees and the communities in which ADMS and its affiliates operated.
Compliance seminars will continue during the week of May 6th at each of the ADMS affiliates and consist of education and training supporting the annual companywide education programs offered.
Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, LLC (ADMS) provides new dialysis site development, day to day administration and management of dialysis services and related business development activities. Its business strategy is to produce economies of scale and maximize individual site results through consolidated activities. Central to the ADMS approach is the long term control of clinical services by nephrologists.
